WW2 101st Airborne M42 jump jacket by Kay Canvas

M1942 Jump Jacket fully badged with the 101st Airborne Division shoulder patch.

This is the classic Normandy M42 Jump jacket with the reinforced pockets. For Operation Overlord, the D-Day landings the US Para's modified the M42 jump suit by adding elbow patches and they reinforced the edges of the pockets so they could carry heavier loads.

This American WW2 M1942 reinforced jump jacket is made by Kay Canvas Manufacturing and is one of the most accurate M42 jump jackets available.

The “Kay Canvas” M42 jump uniform has been researched with help from various people including the "Screaming Eagles" re-enactment group.

This is more accurate than our other M42 jump jackets as it is made from a heaver cotton fabric and has the correct style of press studs (only the outer part of the stud is black the rest is nickel).

Improved features as the originals include:

• Sleeve length is 55cm even on the larger sizes.
